While using GitProtect platform you may find some issues caused by external causes. One of them is "Map not found" error, which may occur during BitBucket authentication.
"Map not found" issue
Mentioned error is caused by the fact that GitProtect.io application was installed earlier on your BitBucket workspace. It means that it may occur in case of using multiple instances of GitProtect.io. Users, which encounter this issue will see "Map not found" error message.
To solve this issue go to your account directly on BitBucket service, open your workspace settings and select Installed apps option available under Apps and Features.
Look for GitProtect.io app on your installed apps list and Remove it.
After doing so, get back to GitProtect.io web-console and add your account once more.
