Overview
This article describes how-to completely delete Xopero One software from your devices including removal of Management Service, database of the system, backup repository and agent application.
Delete Management Service
In order to delete Xopero One Management Service from specific system follow the instructions below.
Windows
Open Control Panel and click uninstall a program in Programs section.
Search for Xopero ONE Backup&Recovery application, select it and click Uninstall/Change button.
Linux
Open Terminal and perform following command:
sudo /opt/XoperoOneManagementService/xoperoserver__uninstall.sh
Delete Agent application
Windows
Open Control Panel and click uninstall a program in Programs section.
Search for Xopero ONE Backup&Recovery Agent application, select it and click Uninstall/Change button.
Linux
Open Terminal and perform following command:
sudo /opt/XoperoONEBackupAgent/xoperoclient_uninstall.sh
MacOS
Open Terminal and perform following command:
sudo /Applications/Xopero/xoperoclient/xoperoclient_uninstall.sh
Remove the database
Database of Xopero One Management Service is not being deleted automatically during the process of deleting application. It needs to be deleted manually. The path of database is different on each system.
Windows
To perform the deletion, open File Explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\Xopero ONE, then delete directory called
Xopero ONE Backup&Recovery Service.
Linux
To delete the database on Linux perform the following command:
sudo rm -r /opt/XoperoONEManagementService/Xopero
Remove the Storage
There's no dependency on system or on type of the storage, if it comes to storage deletion process.
After removing the software itself, you just need to open your storage path and delete everything that's inside it.
