To make your experience as simple and easy as possible, we've prepared the Predefined backup plans - you don't need to worry about setting the schedule or retention of your data - we did it all for you. All you need to do, is to assign it to your account/organization.
Predefined Git backup plan
Available predefined plan for Git repositories backup are described below in detail, e. g. their retention, execution time, etc.
Git Protection- predefined backup plan that is dedicated for Git repositories. The backup includes repository itself and all the metadata(issues, pull requests, actions/pipelines, wiki) by default. The full backup is being performed on the first day of month at 8:00 PM and the incremental copy is being performed everyday at 8:00 PM.
How to use predefined plans?
To use the predefined plans and assign it to your Git account/organization open Plans tab and choose edit action, which is available on plans action menu.
The next step is to choose which repositories should be included in that process. Click on Repositories section in the Edit backup plan view.
After that, select the Git account that you want to protect.
After choosing the account you can select whether you want to Protect all repositories or just few of them.
