Advanced configuration of Microsoft 365 organization
Advanced configuration allows you to define settings for your organization in Xopero ONE. It includes options like device, that will be used for communication between Microsoft and Xopero or interval time of organization accounts synchronization.
Name that is used to register Xopero One application in Azure Active Directory admin center of Microsoft 365 organization, which you can set by yourself.
This section contains a switch, which allows you to decide whether you want to assign Xopero ONE license automatically to Microsoft 365 organization users or do it manually after adding new organization.

Default device is the device assigned to Xopero ONE that will be used to retrieve Microsoft 365 organization accounts and their data. It will also perform the backup plan itself.
By default application uses device marked with icon, but you can choose, which device should be responsible for performing this operation by clicking Edit button and selecting one of the devices from the list.

It is the time interval that application sends requests to gather all the actual information about users in Microsoft 365 organization, which you can also set based on your needs and changes in your organization.
