In this article:
Xopero ONE allows to backup Microsoft 365 organization data including mailboxes, contacts, calendars and OneDrive, but before protecting those resources it is required to register Xopero One in Azure Active Directory platform. This article describes how to manage and work with your organization in Xopero ONE.
Adding new organization
In order to add new organization click button available on Microsoft 365 tab, which will display another section, that will guide you through the next steps. The first step is Authentication. However, before adding the organization it is worth to check additional settings that will be used during the process: Advanced configuration
To authenticate Xopero ONE you need to log into Microsoft 365 as Global Administrator of your organization. Copy the code from Authentication section:
After that click on button, which will redirect you to Microsoft website, where at the beginning you need to provide previously mentioned code and then log into Microsoft using your Global Administrator account.
The application will register in Azure AD Portal and grant required permissions to backup the data. At the last step it will check the connection with Microsoft Graph API.
At the end of this operation the organization is being added to the Xopero ONE system.
At this point application allows you to instantly assign new backup plan to your organization by clicking Next button. You can select one of the predefined backup plans, which will protect mailboxes, OneDrive or all data (mailboxes, OneDrive, contacts and calendars) of all users with enabled protection.
You can also create New plan based on your needs by choosing button.

If the Microsoft 365 has been properly added to Xopero ONE, each organization will be listed on Microsoft 365 tab in WEB console.
Such entry contains information about organization name, number of users with enabled protection out of total number of users in organization.
To delete the organization from Xopero ONE system click Edit button available on the bottom menu of your organization on Microsoft 365 tab.
That will display another section called Edit organization, where at the bottom Delete organization button is available, click it in order to proceed.
The application will ask you about confirmation of the operation, click Yes to delete the organization.
The organization will be deleted, but the backup data associated with it will remain on the storage.
