In this article:
Xopero One gives you possibility to check the status of on-going tasks and historical events.
If there's any on-going action in system like backup task, restore process or even data deletion information about number of running operations will be visible on Tasks tab.
After opening Tasks tab you will be redirected to Current tasks window, which contains information about actions in progress. An entry about task consists of task name, status, number of devices/users, the time that the task started, module that initialized it and elapsed time.
To find more infromation about the actual progress of a task click on the entry to expand it by button. After that you can check the details for each device/user that is included in that task, such as type, name, status, sent data size and sent resources.
You can get deeper into the details by icon available on the action panel, which will display backup details.
At the same view you can cancel task performance for chosen device/user. Click icon to cancel the task and confirm the operation.
Xopero One also allows to check very detailed informations about tasks that were performed last 24 hours, last 7, 14 or even 30 days.
Tabular view of recent tasks contains informations such as: task name, status, task status per device/user finish date and time elapsed.
Same as in Current tasks you can expand each entry by button to get more details like status and data sent per user/device.
To verify the status of any past events that were happening on Xopero One system open Logs tab.
Logs table consist of the entries with Level, Log, Date, Subject of event, Name of subject and Trigger.
There's also possibility to manage displayed columns - click on icon to display a list of elements that can be shown on the entries.
- Level - element that informs about the status of an event. There are 4 types of logs in Xopero One:
- Success - notifies about successful completion of a task.
- Info - informational type that notifies about things such as changes in backup plans.
- Warning - informs about things that may be contradictory with their intentions or partial errors that may cause unwanted loss of information in their backup plans.
- Error - alerts about critical error.
- Log - name of performed event.
- Date - the time that the event was performed
- Subject of event - the receiver of action/operation.
- Name of subject - name of action receiver.
- Trigger -element that was responsible for initializing an operation by sending the request. For example - if the backup plan will be started manually by the administrator the Caller will be an administrator account, but if the backup plan starts automatically with the time defined with calendar the Caller will be a Schedule.
To verify log details click on icon next to the log entry that you want to find more information about.
